IEG Plastics stays up to date on all industry certifications and technologies to better meet the needs of our customers. IEG Plastics is a member of AIAG and has full access and capability for PPAP and other functions as specified in AIAG standards. As part of our quality system, IEG Plastics performs statistical analysis on parts as required by customers and as part of our quality monitoring and improvement initiatives. IEG Plastics utilizes Minitab© and IQMS© for statistical analysis. IEG has in-house capabilities for many of our calibration needs. All calibrations are performed with standards traceable to NIST. We also perform GR&R analysis on our gages.
